A full immersion in part of the world of international vegetarian cuisine. Thai and Mexican vegetarian menus. Local ingredients used as much as possible. Homemade tortillas, no-churn ice cream and other cooking lessons. And…eat the fruits and vegetables of your labor!

Sunday March 17 – Vegetarian Thai
Tom Kha (coconut vegetable soup)
Tod Man Khao Pod (corn fritters)
Salad Kaeg (vegetable salad with spicy peanut sauce)
Pad Thai (vegetarian version of this popular rice noodle dish)
No-churn Itim Kati (coconut-infused ice cream made in the no-churn style)

Sunday March 24 – Vegetarian Mexican
Creamy corn chowder
Tortilla chips and dip (Mexican salsa and guacamole)
Lime and coriander avocado salad
Vegetarian Frijoles Borrachos (served with a flat quesadilla with mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach, and cheesy rice)
Mexican Ice cream (coated with cornflakes and spices)
Horchata (fermented rice milk beverage)
